Congratulations to three graduate students advised by Jim Hood on successfully defending their research for the completion of their degrees.

Lyndsie Collis defended her dissertation on July 7. Her talk was titled, Rethinking zooplankton-cyanobacteria interactions: grazing dynamics and trophic transfer efficiency in a large eutrophic lake

Devan Mathie defended his dissertation on July 8. His talk was titled, The P is in the Pudding: Spatial Patterns and Mechanistic Controls of Phosphorus Cycling Across the Maumee Watershed.

Sophie Dziekan defended her master's thesis on July 15. Her talk was titled, Seasonal controls on benthic sediment phosphorus release within the Maumee River, OH.
