Keitzer, O'Brien, and Ludsin lead Western Lake Erie Basin CEAP meeting

Keitzer, O'Brien, and Ludsin lead Western Lake Erie Basin CEAP (Conservation Effects Assesment Project) meeting September 3-4. The meeting will discuss the progress made thus far on modeling possible downstream outcomes from the implementation of best management practices in the WLEB watershed.
