The Aquatic Ecology Lab Goes Green(er)

Green Buckeye Certified seal

The Aquatic Ecology Lab just got greener! And, no, it's not an algal bloom. The Aquatic Ecology Lab is now a Green Buckeye Certified lab. The Green Buckeye Certification is meant to encourage environmentally friendly and sustainable practices in labs and offices of the Ohio State University. The Aquatic Ecology Lab has been Green Buckeye certified for it's efforts in practicing energy and water conservation, recycling, and the proper use, storage, and disposal of chemicals. This certification is just one aspect of the AEL's mission to benefit the environment via research and practice.
