Nearly two dozen Aquatic Ecology Lab members including graduate students, staff, undergraduates, and faculty, participated in the return of the Museum of Biological Diversity Open House.

Organized and guided by technician Haley Miller and graduate student Abby Duimering, the AEL presented five stations at the open house. The stations presented information on freshwater mussels, water quality and the equipment used to measure it, zooplankton (including live zooplankton), fish otoliths and their uses to researchers, and fish collection gear.
