Project Title: Evaluating Fish Communities Across a Longitudinal Gradient in Novel Ecosystems

Project Overview: My project focuses on understanding the performance of early life stage fishes in novel environments. Specifically, I am evaluating habitats present in river-reservoir ecosystems as they exhibit spatial and temporal variation along a longitudinal gradient. This study aims to provide a greater understanding of the relative benefit of habitats within fragmented ecosystems with implications for native fish conservation and the maintenance of sport fish populations.
